DELIVERY + RETURNS

The Delivery time will be:
1. Where the order is to be delivered to a UK address, The Kind Planet Company will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within 3 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted.

2. Customer is responsible to provide correct shipping address to ensure successful shipment delivery. The Kind Planet Company is not responsible for any undelivered shipment due to provision of incorrect shipping address.

Returns:
The Kind Planet Company will accept returns if the product delivered is damaged. The returned item must be unopened. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
